At MUV, we don’t believe in isolating muscles, because in real life, you never use just one muscle.  Rather, we use a movement based approach to training.  All of the movements use multiple muscles as a whole system – the same way you would use them in sports or any other area of your life.

Training at MUV, you will experience improvements in range of motion and develop strength through the full range of motion (ROM), using a variety of movement patterns.

The best part about this system is its versatility.  It can be used for building a gymnast’s physique, simply losing weight, injury prevention, or even rehabilitation after an injury.
